As an economic development official in a city that is home to a rendering plant, I was very glad to come across a copy of your magazine. The rendering plant is an important part of our local economy and your magazine gave me several good ideas to assist in strengthening the presence of our renderer, especially alternative fuel ideas. More articles on the city/renderer connection would be great!

Well written publication!
Although it would be very difficult, an article on the government’s and media’s overreaction to such potential problems as BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy), anthrax, salmonellosis, and avian influenza would help put the issues in better perspective.
