Sanimax Acquires Four Companies

July 30, 2008 - Sanimax, a leading North American food processing by-products recycling company, has announced the acquisitions of Kendallville Fertilizer, US Proteins, Environmental Bio-Fuels, and A&A Grease.

Every year Sanimax collects more than a million tons of animal and food by-products. The company is also a leader in recycling vegetable oils, and hides and skins.
