June 1, 2010 | Darling International, Inc., has completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Nebraska By-Products, Inc.
Nebraska By-Products, Inc., headquartered in Lexington, NE, is a provider of dead stock collection and rendering services in Nebraska, Kansas, and parts of Colorado and South Dakota. The acquisition includes a rendering facility located in Lexington, NE, as well as several transfer stations.

Headquartered in Irving, TX, Darling International is the largest publicly-traded food processing by-products recycling company in the United States.
